The cafe not only sell food with a selection of cool menus at different timings of the day, one can hang out all day to sit back and relax while enjoying their cuppa tea or coffee or beverage of their choice whilst engaging in their own read or anything they can find on the shelf. Pretty cool & cosy place I must say.

Toa Payoh Lorong 7

Was at my parents’ place and saw these lovely lights beyond that block which I guessed could be coming from the Toa Payoh Stadium.

Shot this in Auto white balance in JPEG. and I thought was less interesting so I changed it… to tungsten on the 2nd pic.

The tungsten version of the same view also in JPEG, which looked more interesting with the blue sky.

Street Photography: Sungei Road

Photographing Sungei Road as a point of interest for my regular client believe it or not. But of course these images are not the ones they are looking for as they prefer the whole idea as a directional, travelling guide kind of angle so these are personal shots. It has been a while since I did street photography ever since I started full time as a photographer as there were limited time for personal work other than family pictures. Enjoy the simple series…

Fajar Road HDB Realty Project

A real estate agent approached me to do up some pictures of Fajar Road HDB estate for his new brochures and flyers as he was specializing in that particular Singapore area. I happened to be there in the evening time to take some snaps and was lucky enough to catch the setting sun in the background but the block I was at was the best bet to catch the sunset angle and at the same time showing how the traffic is within the blocks. Here are some of the exterior residential views of the place but I didn’t include the interiors due to privacy reasons from the HDB owners who hasn’t sold off their apartments.

Enduring The Coastal Waters

It was an overcast weather, sun occasionally hidden by the clouds, wind subtly yet not so gently blowing sand to the face, the current of the sea water seemed strong and the swimmers looked enduringly fatigued… but they had to go on… and on… and on… lap after lap after, around the giant sized red ball in freestyle in the East Coast waters of Singapore…
